Please read these Terms carefully before using the DEIED Bangladesh digital entrepreneurship platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the DEIED Bangladesh platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older and by legally registered organisations. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with normal operation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or impersonating another person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software and materials made available through the platform are owned by the Government of Bangladesh, DEIED, or our licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEIED Bangladesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
